How long does delivery take?
As we source our products directly from trusted suppliers to bring you the best prices, delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • European Union: 8–15 business days
  • International (US, AU, CA, UAE & more): 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on customs and local postal services. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Yes! We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

Can I track my order?
Yes, you'll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow a few days after dispatch for tracking information to update.

Why is my order coming from overseas?
We work with trusted international suppliers to offer you a wide range of quality baby and children's products at great prices. This means some orders may be shipped directly from the supplier.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?
Please contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Can I return a sale item? Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, we're happy to offer store credit to the value of your purchase, provided the item is returned within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.

How do I request store credit for a sale item?Simply contact us at  info@minimodernco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your store credit as a gift card.

What if my sale item arrives faulty or damaged? If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at  info@minimodernco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement as quickly as possible.

How long is my store credit valid? Store credit is issued as a gift card and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Can I exchange a sale item for a different size or colour? Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged. We recommend checking our size guide carefully before purchasing.

Yes, all our products meet UK and EU safety standards. We only stock items that are tested and certified safe for babies and children.

What age are your products suitable for?
Our range covers newborns through to children up to 13 years old. Each product listing includes the recommended age range.
