Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: 5-7 business days
- European Union: 5-7 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–10 business days
Total estimated delivery time may vary depending on location, carrier, and customs procedures.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your order.
Free shipping is available on orders over £25 for UK and EU customers.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 3–5 days for tracking information to update. You can track your package at 17track.net.
Multiple packages
Orders with multiple items may occasionally be shipped in separate packages at no extra charge.
Customs & duties
For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
